Bring Music to Your Students
Harlem Youth Music Workshop
Young musicians explore rhythm, improvisation, listening, and ensemble playing in a supportive small-group setting. With guidance from professional teaching artists, students develop their ideas, build musical skills, and experience making music together.
For children and teens, with age groups and activities tailored to each offering. Specific ages will be listed when registration opens. The program can include a student showcase for family and friends. Workshops may take place at Harlem Music Studios or a partner location.
School & Community Workshops
Bring hands-on music learning to your school, after-school program, or community organization. We offer individual workshops and multi-session programs tailored to students’ ages, experience, and learning goals.
Activities can include rhythm exercises, improvisation, musical collaboration, and guided performance. We work with each partner to plan the teaching team, schedule, space, and equipment needed.
Jazz Presentations & Assemblies
Introduce students to jazz through live performance, stories, and participation. Professional musicians explore topics such as improvisation, rhythm, jazz history, and how instruments work together.
Presentations can serve a small group, a classroom, or a school auditorium. The format and number of musicians are tailored to the audience, space, and budget.
